Terms and conditions

Kilcoy Cow Horse Club Membership Rules & Regulations

​

  1. The membership period is 12 months from your sign up date. This plan renews automatically annually unless cancelled.

  2. Membership forms are to be filled before riding at Kilcoy Cow Horse Club. 

  3. All membership fees & entry fees must be paid before competing.

  4. KCHC does not accept memberships from other clubs or groups. Day Members are welcome.

  5. Should the membership fees be increased, Members are obligated to pay the difference. These members may pay only the joining fee and then the balance of the annual membership in the new financial year. This does not include day members.

  6. A child is classed as a Youth Rider up to and including 17 years of age.

  7. An adult is anyone 18 years of age and over.

  8. Family Membership is for 2 Adults & 2 Children residing at the one address.

  9. All members are required to sign a waiver form at each event prior to starting.

  10. All Memberships are non-refundable.

  11. KCHC reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time.
